Rohan Nirbhavane serves as a Senior Lease Administration Associate, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for advanced oversight of abstracting and organizing essential information from lease agreements, ensuring accurate and well-structured records and providing expert-level support.
Rohan comes to Mohr Partners from MRI Software, where he worked as a Lease Abstractor III. There, he led the integration process of MRI ProLease for all relevant projects while also reviewing and abstracting numerous types of business legal contracts in multiple countries around the world. He also regularly communicated with clients, attorneys and leasing agents to clarify lease provisions and resolve any lease-related issues.
Additionally, Rohan spent time as a Quality Analyst for Maxval Technologies, where he was responsible for analyzing, administering and processing all lease data and abstracting critical data with interpretative assumption.
Rohan has a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Finance) from the L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research and a Bachelor of Management Studies in Finance from Mumbai University.
