Robert Shibuya III serves as the Associate Director of Portfolio Services for Mohr Partners, Inc., in the Dallas office. In his role, he oversees portfolio strategy and operational efficiencies, ensuring optimal service delivery and client satisfaction across real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining the Portfolio Services department at Mohr Partners, Robert worked as a Senior Account Manager in the Transaction Service department, supervising lease and capital markets transactions to deliver optimal financial and qualitative outcomes for his assigned clients.
His previous experience provides invaluable insight and expertise, enhancing his ability to effectively manage and improve his clients’ portfolios.
Before Mohr Partners, Robert worked for Colliers International as an Associate Office Broker in El Segundo, California. At Colliers, Robert specialized in office tenant representation, as well as small building sales transactions for his clients throughout the Lower Westside and South Bay of Los Angeles.
Robert graduated from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance.
