Robert Gilmore is a Managing Partner at Mohr Partners, Inc. and market leader for the Miami, Florida office. Robert specializes in portfolio strategy, financial analysis, organizational alignment and occupancy cost reduction, and has improved client engagement in Florida and Latin American during his time at Mohr Partners. He assists dozens of Fortune 1000 and 500 companies to maximize the productive value of their real estate portfolios, minimize total occupancy costs and streamline operations.
Over the course of his 25 years in real estate, Robert has focused on delivering transformations to global portfolios, including optimizing real estate portfolio footprints and reducing the total cost of occupancy. He has significant experience working with clients across the globe.
Prior to Mohr Partners, Robert was the Senior Managing Director of the Latin America Division of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions | Enterprise business. In this role, he was accountable for delivering world-class real estate and facility management services to CBRE’s occupier clients with headquarters in Latin America. Clients included Global 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations, leading technology, logistics, life sciences, data centers, banking, financial services and healthcare organizations.
Earlier in his CBRE career, he served as senior transaction manager. During this tenure with CBRE, he led teams responsible for securing and managing contractual relationships with Accenture, IBM, General Electric, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Kuehne Nagel, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and ExxonMobil, among others.
