Riyazur Rahaman has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration Associate – Abstractions. He brings over three years of hands-on experience in lease abstraction and analysis, gained from his tenure at eNTrust Software & Services Pvt. Ltd., where he worked with clients such as Blue Star, Hitachi, and Sterling.
In his previous role, Riyazur was responsible for reviewing complex commercial lease documents, extracting key financial and non financial terms, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple databases, including CoStar and Yardi. He also contributed to developing standardized summary formats, improving the clarity and efficiency of lease documentation processes.
Riyazur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) from Sindhi College, Chennai.
