Renu Bani serves as the HR Specialist for Mohr Partners, Inc., supporting the firm’s recruiting and onboarding efforts, employee relations, performance management and HR administration. In her role, she focuses on supporting a positive employee experience and strengthening HR processes across the organization.
She previously held a dual marketing and HR role at Mohr Partners, where she supported HR functions while executing strategic brand initiatives and developing marketing materials that strengthened and promoted the firm’s identity.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Renu served as Digital Marketing Head at Skylark Buildcon, where she developed and implemented marketing campaigns across social media channels and managed the firm’s website, including content creation and publishing.
Renu also served as a Business Development Executive at illuminz, where she generated international leads and engaged with prospective clients to support business development efforts.
Renu earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University.
