She previously worked as a Lease Abstraction Specialist at Highbrow Diligence Service, where she was responsible for summarizing complex lease agreements and extracting key financial and legal terms with precision. Her role also involved CAM reconciliation, tenant reimbursement tracking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for quality assurance and process improvements.
Raja Sudha has supported team training initiatives and demonstrated strong skills in Excel, Word, and lease accounting principles. She is known for her analytical mindset, time management, and ability to manage both short-term and long-term lease projects efficiently.
