R. Keerthiga serves as a Lease Administration Associate I – Finance for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she supports lease finance operations, including lease setup, expense management, invoice processing, lease database administration, and financial reporting activities. Keerthiga brings over six years of experience in lease administration, lease abstraction, invoice processing, and expense management. She has expertise in lease setup, rent and expense reviews, CPI-based expense updates, reconciliation activities, lease database management, and quality review of lease abstractions and invoices. She has worked extensively across multiple lease administration platforms including Tririga, Visual Lease, Lucernex, CoStar, Sequentra, Harbor Flex, REAP, and ManagePath.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Keerthiga worked as a Delivery Operations Analyst at Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she managed lease abstraction reviews, invoice processing, expense adjustments, and team training initiatives. Earlier, she held lease administration roles with IBM and eNtrust Software & Services Pvt. Ltd., gaining extensive experience in lease abstraction, database management, and financial operations.
Her contributions have been recognized through Accenture’s Core of Business Award and multiple client and team appreciation awards. Keerthiga holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Madras University and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Annai Veilankanni’s College for Women.
