Praveen Kumar S serves as an IT Support Engineer for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of end user systems and technology services across the organization.
Praveen brings over eight years of experience in IT support, system administration, and technical troubleshooting. He has extensive expertise in desktop support, operating system installation and maintenance, Active Directory administration, network troubleshooting, hardware configuration, software deployment, and Microsoft 365 support.
He is also experienced in Azure Administration, antivirus management, and remote technical support. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Praveen worked as a Support Engineer – IT at RJT Compusolutions Private Limited (Apolis), where he provided end-user support, managed system installations, and maintained IT infrastructure. Earlier, he served as a System Administrator at K Clothing (Coastal Designer) and as a Desktop Support Engineer at eCentric Solutions deputed through Wipro Infotech, gaining extensive experience in network administration, server support, hardware maintenance, and enterprise IT operations. Praveen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Sri Sairam Engineering College, Anna University, Chennai.
