Peter Berg is the Managing Partner of Mohr Partners’ Washington D.C. office, where he oversees operations across Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Peter began his career at The Staubach Company, a tenant-representation-only firm. There, he served as a Partner and Shareholder, earned recognition as a perennial top performer, and was a frequent speaker at the company’s national conferences. Following the merger with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Peter spent 11 years helping grow JLL’s Tenant Representation division.
Peter has been recognized by the Washington Business Journal with a “Deal of the Year” award and by CoStar Group as a Washington-area “Power Broker.”
After JLL, Peter led tenant representation practices at other firms but found the alignment with client interests lacking. This led him to co-found Clarefield Partners, where he spent two decades exclusively representing tenants throughout the Washington metropolitan area. He later joined Mohr Partners to return to a conflict-free, tenant-only advisory model.
Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business from Washington State University.
