With over five years of experience in real estate and lease management. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, she served as a Subject Matter Expert at Accenture, where she gained recognition for her precision and dedication to high-quality outcomes. Her responsibilities included preparing account summaries, posting reconciliation charges, performing cash applications, and delivering critical financial reports, earning appreciation from clients and managers alike.
Earlier in her career, Pavithra held positions as a Senior Process Associate at IBM and a Process Lead at eNTrust Software & Services Pvt. Ltd.. At eNTrust, she worked on diverse lease abstraction projects for global clients, utilizing multiple databases like Sequentra, Harbor Flex, and Visual Lease. Her ability to abstract leases in several languages, including Polish, Czech, Russian, Mandarin, and Japanese, showcases her versatility and adaptability.
