Pardis Jafari serves as a Senior Accountant for Mohr Partners, Inc., in the Dallas office, supporting the firm’s lease administration and accounting operations.
Pardis brings more than 20 years of accounting experience across real estate and commercial sectors. She most recently served as a Senior Accountant at CIII Capital Partners in Irving, Texas, where she led full-cycle property accounting for a portfolio spanning multifamily, office, hotel, and retail assets, managing financial statements, journal entries, variance analysis, and intercompany reconciliations under U.S. GAAP.
Prior to that, she held a Senior Accountant role at Safe Harbor Marinas, overseeing accounting for a multi-state portfolio of 11 properties, and at Massimo Motor, where she supervised accounts receivable and payable teams and managed financial reporting and payroll processing.
She holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Iran. She has passed the FAR section of the CPA examination and is an active CPA candidate.
Outside of work, Pardis enjoys playing tennis and the piano, along with photography and traveling.
