Noel Jocson Gavina serves as the Senior Manager – Implementation and Onboarding, Lease Administration, for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he leads client transitions, database management, and onboarding strategies to ensure seamless delivery of lease administration services globally. With nearly two decades of experience in lease administration, quality review, and portfolio management, Noel has built expertise across the Asia Pacific, EMEA, and US regions. His career includes significant contributions to abstraction, quality review, reporting, and compliance for large and complex global portfolios.
In his most recent role as Senior Manager at Cushman & Wakefield Philippines, Noel concurrently led the team managing the global portfolio of a multinational technology client with approximately 1,600 locations, overseeing database management and reporting. He led another team responsible for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) portfolio of an American multinational technology company with over 400 locations, covering database management, financial management, estate management, and reporting and supervised the International Database Management team, handling multiple clients across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions, with more than 1,000 locations and responsibilities in database management, reporting, and billing.
Noel has successfully built and led high-performing global teams that consistently delivered quality outcomes in abstraction and quality review, database management, and client portfolio transitions across multiple scopes Prior to this concurrent role, Noel served as Assistant Manager for nearly five years, leading the Manila Quality Control Team of C&W Global Portfolio Administration.
In this capacity, he oversaw second-level and final quality reviews of lease records abstracted for hundreds of new clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Earlier in his career, Noel held roles at Eximius BPO Services, Inc. and SNL Financial Philippines, Inc., which were instrumental in developing his operational excellence skills within the real estate and data management industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
