Nikhil Shirke serves as a Senior Marketing Specialist for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he collaborates with our Lease Administration department to craft compelling RFI/RFP responses and client proposals, ensuring accuracy and quality. He is responsible for preparing presentations, case studies and website content, while driving continuous improvement in content quality.
Nikhil comes to Mohr Partners from ARETUM Holdings, where he worked as a Technical/Proposal Writer. There, he developed, edited and proofed comprehensive proposals and bid responses, RFI and RFP outlines, compliance matrices and templates.
He also collaborated closely with cross-functional teams—including subject matter experts, sales personnel and graphic designers—to produce his material. Additionally, Nikhil worked as a Technical/ Proposal Writer at NetImpact Strategies, where he worked closely with senior management and subject matter experts to create, compile and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner to deliver proposals.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Singhania University and a diploma in technical writing from Technowrites.
