Nathan Mai is an Associate in Mohr Partners’ Houston office, working as a corporate real estate advisor alongside market leader and Managing Partner Carlton Anderson. In his role, Nathan delivers customized corporate real estate portfolio solutions and dynamic business intelligence services for occupiers across all sectors, both locally and nationally.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Nathan specialized in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets. He also represented corporate occupiers in strategic sale-leasebacks and site selections, with a core focus on low-coverage industrial outside storage operations.
Among his numerous achievements, Nathan earned the Hustler of the Year award within two months of starting his brokerage career. Beyond real estate, he enjoys attending sector-specific trade shows to gain insights from innovative professionals who are leading global disruption across the manufacturing, oil & gas and logistics sectors.
Nathan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance from the University of Houston.
