Megan Scobee

Megan Scobee serves as a Transaction Manager in the Dallas, Texas, office. Her primary responsibilities include supporting transaction work for occupier clients and providing both strategic planning and transaction services to clients across a range of industries.

Previously, Megan worked at Newmark in Dallas as an Associate on the tenant representation team, where she supported site selection, financial analysis and negotiations and coordinated with landlords, ownership groups, attorneys and property managers across more than 100,000 square feet of office lease transactions. She also interned with the same practice group, conducting market research, preparing market surveys and supporting tour books and presentations for real estate decision-makers.

Prior to her commercial real estate career, Megan interned in the tax department at Banner Health in Phoenix, supporting the preparation and review of property-related filings for a large healthcare real estate portfolio.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational and Business Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. She is a licensed real estate sales agent in the State of Texas and is a member of the North Texas Association of Commercial Realtors and Cultivating Relationships & Community for Ladies Emerging in CRE (CRCLE).
