Matt Inman serves as a Business Development Associate on Stephen Hemphill’s brokerage team in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office. In that role, he provides new client insights, acquisitions and real estate solutions for owners, trusts and developers.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Matt worked as Director, Commercial Division at Ten-X. There, he spearheaded the profitable growth and success of the Ten-X CRE platform, driving increased market share and change in the industry. He also expanded the organization by recruiting, hiring and training talented professionals and oversaw the successful sale of thousands of properties across the country. Additionally, Matt co-founded the National Hospitality Group at Ten-X.
During his career, Matt has transacted on various apartment, industrial, office, retail and hospitality properties throughout the United States with an aggregate value in excess of $2 billion.
He has represented numerous clients, including Goldman Sachs, Peachtree Hotel Group, AEW, Blackstone, Aimbridge, The Hotel Group, Philips Edison & Co, CW Capital, Macerich, LNR, Apple Hospitality REIT and Genworth Financial.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
