Madumitha serves as a Lease Administration Associate – Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for analyzing and abstracting lease agreements, ensuring the accurate extraction of client-requested information from a variety of lease types, including Ground, Retail, Antenna, and Short-Term Leases.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Madumitha worked as a Banking Advisory New Associate at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd. There, she specialized in reviewing and analyzing lease documents, managing
critical projects like Irvine, Impack, and Acquisitions, and was involved in Estoppel Drafting.
She also handled lease recoveries and billing imports and maintained trackers for both internal and client use.
Madumitha is proficient in lease administration tools such as MRI, Yardi, Oracle, VMWare, Sequentra, and Tango, and has experience abstracting leases in multiple languages, including German and Spanish.
She has received several accolades, including the “Star of Business Award” for Q1 and Q4 of 2023, the “Core Value Championship Award” in Q4 2022 and Q2 2023, and the “Core Value Integrity Award” for Q1 2024. Madumitha has a Bachelor of Commerce from Avinashilingam institute for home science and higher education for women.
