Lavanya has joined Mohr Partners as an AR Specialist, bringing valuable experience in order-to-cash processes, financial reconciliation, and customer account management.
Previously, she worked as an Order to Cash Analyst at Accenture Solutions Private Limited, where she handled end-to-end O2C, P2P, and RTR operations. She played a key role in resolving billing discrepancies, processing customer transactions, and ensuring accurate invoice generation. Additionally, she contributed to the transition from the SAP model to the Kraken Energy platform, streamlining processes for improved efficiency.
Lavanya has a strong background in financial reporting, variance analysis, and customer communication related to overdue payments. She has also led training sessions for multiple batches, providing knowledge transfer and best practices for billing and metering.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai.
