Kyu Kim serves as Director of Lease Administration for Mohr Partners, Inc. In her role, she supports the firm’s Lease Administration operations with a particular focus on leading client implementations and helping ensure a seamless transition of new portfolios onto the Mohr Partners platform.
Kyu also oversees client real estate portfolios encompassing lease administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset and equipment leases. Her combination of operational expertise and client-focused leadership helps ensure implementation requirements are effectively coordinated and ongoing Lease Administration services are delivered consistently across client accounts.
She previously served as Manager and Senior Manager of Lease Administration before assuming her current role in 2026.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Kyu worked in lease administration at CBRE, where she managed a healthcare account. Additionally, she held a transactions and leasing role with a private equity firm.
Kyu earned a degree in Economics from New York University. Outside of work, she enjoys road tripping with her husband to restaurant hop, eat and explore different foods.
