Kirthika R serves as a Lease Administration Associate, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for extracting and organizing vital details from lease agreements to maintain accurate and well-structured records.
Kirthika comes to Mohr Partners from NTrust Infotech, where she worked as a Lease Analyst. There, she processed various invoices relating to rent, management fees and real estate taxes. She also worked across multiple client databases like Lucernex, Yardi, CoStar, Bige, UL and MRI, while also performing preliminary quality control, abstraction and review of documents.
Additionally, Kirthika worked as an Accounts Payable Associate at Ubiquitous Beverages LLP, handling and processing over 150 incoming vendor invoices on a weekly basis.
