Kavitha G serves as a Lease Administration Associate, Rents and CAM for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for managing and overseeing lease-related financials, including rents and common area maintenance charges, while maintaining accurate records. Kavitha comes to Mohr Partners from Accenture, where she worked in lease administration with both Mohr Partners and Cushman & Wakefield.
Her responsibility included reviewing and abstracting various leases, amendments, renewals/extensions and terminations. She also worked on invoice processing, desktop audits, standard monthly reporting and analyzing, administering and processing all lease data and charges.
She has experience in multiple lease administration platforms, including Lease Harbor, Visual Lease, ProLease, ManagePath, Lease Accelerator and CoStar.
Kavitha has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Guru Nanak College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
