Karthikeyan serves as a Lease Administration Associate – Rents & CAM for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he supports the team by managing lease audits, rent validations, and CAM reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance across client portfolios.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Karthikeyan gained hands-on experience through academic projects and training programs, where he developed strong skills in financial analysis, accounting, and MS Office tools. His adaptability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn allow him to quickly contribute to complex lease administration processes.
Karthikeyan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and is building his career in lease administration with a focus on expanding his expertise in CAM, insurance, and real estate tax reconciliation.
