Karthika has joined Mohr Partners as Lease Admin Associate – Abstractions. With a solid background in commercial real estate and finance, she brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
Previously, Karthika served as a Process Associate at Ntrust Infotect from July 2022 to August 2024. In this role, she specialized in abstracting and summarizing critical points related to commercial
leases, demonstrating a deep understanding of real estate terminology.
She adeptly analyzed and abstracted leases in both English and non- English languages and utilized multiple databases such as Lucernex, CoStar, Visual Lease, and Directus to deliver accurate lease abstracts.
Her career also includes internships at Sivaraman and Associates and Indian Overseas Bank – Cathedral Road Branch. At Sivaraman and Associates, she assisted with the preparation and review of accounts, posted entries in Tally ERP Software, and calculated and verified depreciation of fixed assets. During her time at Indian Overseas Bank, she supported customer account opening processes, managed files and reports, understood the KYC process, and provided customer service.
Karthika’s diverse experience and skills make her a valuable addition to the Mohr Partners team.
