Janani Viswanathan serves as an Accounts Payable Specialist for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she supports the finance team by managing invoice processing, vendor coordination, reconciliations, and audit support to ensure accurate and timely AP operations.
Janani brings over six years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, with strong expertise in PO and Non-PO invoice processing, vendor management, T&E review, and compliance. She is proficient in SAP ERP, Oracle (Craft & PeopleSoft), and MS Excel, enabling her to maintain high standards of accuracy and streamline AP workflows. Before joining Mohr Partners, Janani worked as an Assistant Accountant at Infosys BPM, where she handled end-to-end AP operations, resolved vendor queries, managed invoice holds, supported monthly financial close activities, and contributed to resource planning and SOP development.
Prior to that, she served as a Process Associate at Capgemini, processing high-volume invoices, improving turnaround times, resolving discrepancies, and supporting KPI reporting and process enhancement initiatives.
Janani holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Holy Cross College, Trichy. She has also been recognized with a Spot Award at Capgemini for her excellence in AP operations and problem-solving abilities.
