Hemavathy is a Lease Administration Associate – Abstraction in Mohr Partners. In this role, she meticulously analyzes lease agreements, extracting key information such as lease terms, rental rates, renewal options, and landlord and tenant obligations.
Her expertise involves synthesizing complex legal language into clear, concise summaries and identifying critical provisions for further review. Hemavathy joined Sybrant Technologies in April 2024, where she has contributed to over five projects involving both English and multilingual leases. She is proficient with databases including MRI, Costar, Lucernex, and Yardi, and is known for her ability to meet client goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Prior to her current role, Hemavathy worked at eNtrust Software and Service Private Limited from November 2022 to December 2023, where she gained two years of experience in lease abstraction. There, she was responsible for analyzing and abstracting vital information from commercial real estate lease documents, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
