Geetha Ramar has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration Associate – Abstractions, bringing over three years of experience in lease abstraction, review, and team coordination.
Previously at Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Geetha specialized in abstracting a wide range of leases—including antenna, short-term, and long-term leases—in multiple languages such as German, Spanish, and French. She has worked closely with clients, led project delivery, and managed work allocation, quality control, and reporting using tools like Yardi, MRI, Oracle, and Workspace.
Geetha holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from K.C.S. Kasi Nadar College of Arts and Science.
