Eryn Levy serves as a Senior Lease Administrator for Mohr Partners, Inc., in the Lease Administration department in the Dallas office. She works closely with the lease administration team at Mohr Partners, managing clients’ real estate portfolios, including lease administration, lease accounting and asset/equipment leases.
Eryn comes to Mohr Partners from Alcority, where she worked as a Lease Administrator. In that role, she monitored, prepared and distributed critical lease dates and options reports while also ensuring complete data integrity. She also processed monthly rent roll and variance reports, analyzed and reconciled common area maintenance charges and assisted in implementing the new lease accounting standard under ASC 842.
Prior to that, Eryn spent time as a Lease Administrator with Swearingen Realty Trust, where she managed dental offices, clinics and storage leases and oversaw document abstracts.
She has also worked at CBRE as a Lease Administration Analyst, managing a portfolio of over 700 healthcare leases, and with Fairmont Management as a Leasing Consultant.
Eryn has a bachelor’s degree in business administration management from Texas Women’s University and an associate degree from North Lake College.
