Easwaran Meganathan joins Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration Associate – Abstractions, bringing 2 years of experience in lease abstraction and financial analysis.
He previously worked at Accenture, where he was responsible for abstracting commercial lease agreements for banking clients, calculating rent, CAM, and tax charges, and managing lease-related documentation. Easwaran has hands-on experience with MRI Software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, and clientspecific abstraction tools.
He holds an MBA from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Guru Nanak College. His analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong reporting skills make him a valuable asset to the abstraction team at Mohr Partners.
