Drew Ingram is a Transaction Coordinator for Mohr Partners, Inc. operating on Stephen Hemphill’s brokerage team in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office. In that role, he manages transactions for occupier clients and provides both strategic planning and transaction services to clients across a number of different industries.
Drew previously served as a Senior Transaction Analyst, where he acted as one of the first points of contact for landlord brokers and assisted in building the initial relationships with clients. His primary responsibilities included performing research and site selection analysis for many of the clients in Mohr Partners’ GCS portfolio in order to prepare market studies and market analysis reports.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Drew completed an internship at Foothills Roof Services, Inc., a new subsidiary of Amtech Solutions, Inc., working out of a small office in Denver, Colorado.
The position entailed working under the lead engineer to prepare data analysis reports for the Denver-area commercial roofing market as well as taking weekly tours of the firm’s current executory contracts at various building sites around the Denver metro area in order to monitor and track progress. This experience paved the way for his career in the CRE industry, where he routinely applies skills learned at Foothills to prepare the most accurate market data analysis possible for Mohr Partners’ clients.
Following his transition into the Transactions Analyst role, Drew was assigned as the Research Department lead on various corporate healthcare accounts. In this role, Drew provides a single point of contact and a more specialized focus on the market analysis and site selection services for each account.
Drew graduated from The University of Northern Colorado Monfort College of Business in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor emphasis in Communications Studies.
