Dodie Williams

Dodie Williams serves as Managing Partner of Project Management Services for Mohr Partners, Inc. A 20-year industry veteran, she leads the firm’s national Project Management Services practice, working with corporate occupiers to manage tenant office fit-outs, relocations and capital improvement projects across their real estate portfolios.

Dodie supports occupiers through every phase of a project, from due diligence and design through construction, relocation and closeout. Her work spans master planning and site selection; lease review; budget and schedule creation and tracking; vendor procurement and contract negotiations; and project closeout. She also coordinates with design consultants, general contractors and owner vendors to protect client interests from start to finish.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Dodie spent more than six years at Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, an owners’ representative firm. In her latest role as Principal, she guided the firm’s growth through internal mentoring, client relationship building and business development.

Before joining Watchdog, she was Director of Project Management at Macro Consultants and spent nearly a decade at JLL, advancing to Vice President and leading the firm’s Project & Development Services team for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware region. Earlier in her career, she held project management roles at Jackson Cross Partners and Trammell Crow Company.

Dodie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council.
