Deepali Singh serves as the Senior Manager – HR & Operations at Mohr Partners, Inc. In this leadership role, she is responsible for overseeing key HR and operational functions, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational development. Deepali plays a pivotal role in optimizing processes and supporting the company’s growing team in India, ensuring alignment with Mohr’s strategic goals and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Deepali worked at Garmin India in Administrative HR, where she oversaw several different HR processes for the company. There, she handled the recruitment process, entry and exit formalities and employee induction. Additionally, she developed numerous internal policies, supervised labour law compliance & certification and managed payroll.
Deepali also served as an Executive – HR & Administration for SunSource Energy Private Limited. There, she was responsible for various HR and administrative tasks, including recruitment support, employee records management, induction, payroll preparation, grievance resolution, office asset maintenance and vendor coordination.
Deepali has a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the Amity School of Economics. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Aligarh Muslim University and completed the Executive Development Programme in Labour Laws for Managers at XLRI Jamshedpur.
