Davis Beichler serves as a Business Development Associate on Eric Beichler’s brokerage team in Mohr Partners’ Dallas, TX, office. In that role, he provides new client insights, acquisitions, and real estate solutions for corporate occupiers.
Additionally, he helps clients’ step by step through the leasing process, from an initial assessment and site selection to occupancy, and lease expirations. Davis also compiles data from CoStar on industrial and office properties for client portfolios and creates company overview reports for prospective properties.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Davis interned with Fanatics’ head real estate team in Jacksonville, FL, helping redline and negotiate leases. He also managed, organized and completed their large database of leases. Additionally, Davis interned with 105.3 The Fan, which is a Dallas local sports radio station.
He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in broadcast journalism.
