Cassie Vasquez is an Account Manager at Mohr Partners in the Dallas, TX, office. Her primary responsibilities include managing account work for Global Corporate Service clients and providing both strategic planning and transaction services to clients. Cassie brings experience in transaction management and client services to our firm, along with knowledge of small-business ownership and market/client trends.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Cassie served as the Senior Vice President – Tenant Representative at Cresa Global, where she exclusively provided tenant representation services for healthcare clients. In that role, she worked closely with national portfolio clients to ensure creative solutions met their needs. She also managed real estate budgets, timelines and site selection/tours. While at Cresa, Cassie earned the Rising Star Award in 2018.
Additionally, Cassie spent time as a Leasing Agent at Hartman Income REIT, working as a landlord leasing agent working on new business development. She also has experience as a small business owner, managing Casevas Boutique, a women’s apparel and accessories boutique. As the owner, she developed and managed marketing strategies and oversaw the workflow for the business.
Cassie has a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Tarleton State University and an Associate of Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Houston.
