Candace Armstrong

Candace Armstrong serves as a Transaction Manager on Elizabeth Loving’s team in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office. Her primary responsibilities include efficiently handling transactions for occupier clients and providing both strategic planning and transaction services to clients across a number of different industries.

Candace comes to Mohr Partners with over 25 years of experience in corporate commercial real estate, ground-up development and lease/property management administration. She previously worked as an Assistant Development Manager at N3 Real Estate Advisors, where she oversaw facility ground-up development. In that role, she initiated and tracked feasibility reports, abstracted key lease dates and prepared construction bid materials.

She also spent time as the Development Manager for Victory Real Estate Group, where she managed multi-tenant commercial shell buildings and the due diligence process.

Additionally, Candace has worked with the real estate team for different retail/restaurant companies. This includes working as the Real Estate Property Development Manager for On the Border Mexican Cantina, the Division Real Estate Property Manager for Circle K Stores and the Assistant Development Project Manager for McDonald’s Corporation.

Candace is a graduate of Sawyer College and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
