Brandon Lambert is a Director of Transaction Services for Mohr Partners, Inc., based in the Dallas office. In this role, he oversees the management of several Global Corporate Service clients and directly handles negotiations for ongoing portfolio real estate transactions.
With over 20 years of experience across the commercial real estate life cycle, Brandon brings a deep understanding of the industry, honed through progressive roles in retail organizations like Eyemart Express, FedEx Office and Comerica Bank.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Brandon served as Director of Real Estate for Eyemart Express, overseeing all transactions for the brand across the southern United States. His responsibilities included negotiating letters of intent and leases while working closely with doctor recruitment teams to ensure alignment between market planning and recruiting strategies.
Brandon’s extensive background also includes his role as Real Estate Development Manager for FedEx Office, where he managed transactions across the western U.S. and his time as a Transaction Manager at JLL, where he executed renewal and expansion strategies for clients including T-Mobile, Regis Hair Salons, FedEx Office and Cash America.
He has further experience as Vice President of Market Planning at Comerica Bank and as a Real Estate Manager at The Cash Store, contributing to his comprehensive expertise in strategic market development.
Licensed as a real estate salesperson in Texas, Brandon holds a degree from the University of Virginia.
