Brandon Hiett is a Corporate Real Estate Advisor who spearheads the Capital Markets efforts at Mohr Partners Inc. Through strategic consulting, and unique acquisition and disposition strategies, Brandon is able to assist institutional investors, private investors, private equity firms and their portfolio companies in increasing EBITDA and monetizing their real estate assets.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Brandon spent nearly a decade in collegiate and professional sports for UNLV, the University of Houston, and FC Dallas. Through his extensive experience in Events Management and Facilities Management, he has learned how truly pivotal it is to build the right team in order to achieve exponential results.
In 2016, Brandon landed at a [CRE] fund whose focus was acquiring and repositioning distressed commercial real estate assets in Texas and along the Gulf Coast. Within his first six months of joining the fund, his team completed $32M in acquisitions. Brandon has acquired multifamily assets for himself and his clients, partnered with individuals to both reposition and develop residential real estate, and has raised capital as well as source debt for CRE syndications and real estate funds.
Brandon holds a BS in Sports Management for the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, is a former collegiate boxer who took the term ‘break a leg’ literally, and continues to connect individuals, businesses, and strategies so that they can further their success.
