Bosco Maldonado serves as a Business Development Associate on Stephen Hemphill’s brokerage team in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office. In that role, he provides new client insights, acquisitions and real estate solutions for owners, trusts and developers.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Bosco worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Three Pillar Communities. There, he conducted underwriting and due diligence on acquisition opportunities, developed property-level business plans and performed property-level and market-level research.
He also has experience as a Private Equity Intern at Charles Pacific Group and as a Data Analyst Intern with Deloitte.
Bosco is a native Spanish and English speaker and has a Bachelor of Science in finance from Babson College.
