Bhuvaneshwari brings over five years of combined experience in lease administration and insurance enrollment services. Most recently, she worked at Annet Technologies as a Process Associate, where she abstracted financial data and key lease terms from office, retail, and industrial leases. Her responsibilities included reviewing vital clauses such as rent escalations, CAM charges, and renewal options, performing monthly rent runs, updating COI records, and conducting final-level quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Prior to this, she worked with Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Acliv Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in insurance enrollment processes, where she managed employee medical benefits, ensured compliance with regulations, and collaborated with insurance providers to streamline operations.
