Bhavika Rai serves as the Senior Manager of Lease Administration, Abstractions, for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she leads and manages a team dedicated to abstracting critical information from clients’ lease agreements, ensuring precision and comprehensive record-keeping. She also collaborates extensively with diverse stakeholders to refine and implement advanced abstraction methodologies that enhance lease management strategies, while supporting clients in achieving their real estate and financial objectives through optimized and efficient lease administration processes.
She previously held the title of Manager of Lease Administration, Abstractions before being promoted to her current role in July 2024.
Bhavika came to Mohr Partners with 11 years of experience in the financial services sector, having spent time within the IT, real estate and travel industries. She has considerable expertise in managing finance and accounts, payments, reconciliation and team management.
Previously, Bhavika worked at MRI Software as a lease abstractor, where she was responsible for managing lease administration and abstractions for the firm’s clients in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She has also held positions at TravelTriangle and JLL.
Bhavika has a bachelor of commerce degree in finance and master’s degree in finance and financial management services from Amity University.
