Ben Fujihara serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Brokerage at Mohr Partners’ Dallas headquarters, leading our firm’s national brokerage recruiting. Ben comes to Mohr Partners with a strong background in all facets of business, including strategic planning and development, sales management, operations excellence and budget management.

Ben most recently served as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Fischer Solutions, Inc., a Dallas-based U.S. national corporate real estate advisory firm. In that role, he streamlined business operations and boosted revenue by hiring, coaching and leading a team of experienced sales professionals. He also organized and led Fischer’s sales of its lease administration and business intelligence platforms, ManagePath & Visual Manager.

Previously, Ben also worked as the Managing Partner and Founder of Advisory Transition Services, LLC, a financial advisory firm in Dallas, and as Managing Director for Morgan Stanley in its North Texas region.

Over his 20 years with Morgan Stanley, Ben served in a number of different roles, culminating in his position as Managing Director, where he acted as an executive leader with full financial responsibility for the North Texas complex. Within that region, he oversaw over 435 employees in 14 offices that combined for $285 million in annual revenue and $18 billion in client assets. This production helped rank the North Texas region as the 10th-largest within Morgan Stanley – a considerable jump from 68th before his tenure began.

Additionally, Morgan Stanley honored Ben as its top-producing associate in 2015 as he acquired over $2 billion in new client assets.

Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts in Organization Leadership from Pennsylvania State University. He participated in the Executive Leadership Development Program at the Wharton School of Business and the Thayer Leadership Development Group at the United States Military Academy.
