Balaji S has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration Associate I – Abstractions. He brings over three years of experience in lease abstraction, with strong expertise in reviewing and abstracting commercial and retail leases across both English and multilingual formats.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Balaji worked as a Senior Analyst at Sybrant Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he handled acquisition and ongoing projects, managed daily production targets, and supported database migration and reporting activities. He has hands-on experience working with industry-standard real estate platforms including MRI Horizon, Yardi, Costar, Harbor Flex, Lease Harbor, Visual Lease, and Prolease.
Balaji holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Application from A.M. Jain College, affiliated with the University of Madras.
