Ayush Kaushik serves as a Transaction Coordinator for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he supports the transaction process for occupier clients, assisting with the coordination, documentation and execution of transactions across various markets and industry verticals.
Previously, Ayush worked at JLL as a Senior Transaction Analyst, where he delivered transactions worldwide for office, industrial and retail clients. He also enhanced transaction accuracy through meticulous financial document review, provided comprehensive client services and optimized workflows and portfolio decisions strategy by developing various analytical concepts.
Additionally, Ayush spent time as a Junior Architect at AR Interiors. In that position, he developed innovative design concepts to contribute to successful architectural projects and conducted thorough site analyses to inform design decisions and optimize space utilization.
Ayush has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Sharda University’s School of Architecture and Planning and a Master of Business Administration in Construction Project Management from the RICS
School of Built Environment, Amity University.
