Avinash Katale serves as the Associate Manager of Lease Administration, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the abstraction process for lease administration, contributing to the efficient management and organization of lease information.
Avinash comes to Mohr Partners with more than 14 years of experience in lease abstraction and administration, including CAM auditing, yearend reconciliation, expense participation setup and AR reconciliation.
He previously served as a Team Lead at eNTrust Software Services where he led a team of more than 10 people in various lease abstraction and lease administration projects.
Additionally, Avinash worked at Accenture, first as an Analyst before earning a promotion to Senior Analyst/Team Lead. During his time with Accenture, he managed a team of 10 to 15 associates for various projects, including RET Reconciliation and CAM Reconciliation.
He earned numerous honors there, including the Quality Monarch Award and Reward and Recognition Award.
Avinash has a Master of Science in physical chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Mumbai University.
