Ashwin B serves as a Lease Administration Senior Associate II – Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for reviewing and abstracting complex lease documents, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining high-quality lease records to support client portfolios.
Ashwin brings over nine years of experience in lease abstraction and lease data management. He has extensive expertise in analyzing lease documents, performing quality checks, and ensuring accurate abstraction across multiple lease projects and databases. His experience also includes reviewing abstracts, providing feedback to team members, and supporting process improvements to maintain high standards of quality. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Ashwin worked with IBM and previously with Colliers International, Chennai, where he served as a Senior Practitioner – Lease Abstraction. In these roles, he handled lease abstraction, pre-quality checks, client communication, and review of lease abstracts while supporting project delivery and team coordination.
Ashwin holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Madras Christian College, Chennai.
