Anita Sahani serves as a Lease Administration Team Lead, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she helps oversee the lease abstraction process, manages other team members to ensure accurate and efficient extraction of key information from lease agreements and supports strategic lease administration initiatives.
Anita joined Mohr Partners in 2023 and previously served as a Senior Lease Administration Associate before being promoted to her current role in May 2024.
Anita comes to Mohr Partners with considerable experience in the lease industry, with a focus on process improvement, operations management and team leadership.
She previously worked at Entrust Software & Solutions, where she worked as a Senior Process Lead. There, she reviewed lease agreements, contracts and related documents to verify accuracy. She also examined the financial aspects of lease agreements and maintained accurate records of lease reviews.
Additionally, Anita served as a Senior Lease Administrator at Maxval Technologies, where she conducted detailed audit of CAM charges, insurance, tax and other rent bills by location.
Anita has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management and a bachelor’s degree in management studies from the V.E.S. College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
