Andrew Robinson serves as a Director for Mohr Partners, Inc., working with Managing Principal Stephen Hemphill in the Dallas, Texas, office. As a seasoned commercial broker and business development leader, Andrew has over 24 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise ranging from strategic planning and implementation to client relationship management, corporate real estate services and complex negotiations.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Andrew was the founder and owner of The Robinson Company, a boutique commercial real estate firm solely focused on tenant representation. During his 11 years as head
of the company based in Nashville, Tennessee, Andrew spearheaded comprehensive deals for clients in both sales and leasing, generating substantial cost savings with strategic initiatives and proactive planning.
Additionally, Andrew was the Vice President of Brokerage and Tenant Representation at Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years. There, he successfully closed over 250 complex transactions, served as a member of the firm’s National Tenant Advisory Group, mentored and developed junior colleagues and consistently surpassed annual revenue targets.
He also served as a Tactical Air Controller in the United States Navy, completing two combat tours, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Millsaps College.
