Anantha Lakshmi serves as a Lease Administration Team Lead – Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she oversees lease abstraction and data management activities, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of lease administration services across client portfolios.
Anantha brings over 12 years of experience in lease administration, abstraction, data management, and portfolio coordination, supporting global real estate portfolios across the United States and Canada. She has extensive expertise in lease abstraction, data validation, reporting, quality assurance, SLA management, and client support, along with hands-on experience across multiple lease administration platforms including MRI, CoStar, Sequentra, Harbor Flex, Yardi, Visual Lease, Lease Harbor, and Tririga.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Anantha worked as an Assistant Manager – Business Process Services at Tata Consultancy Services, where she managed lease administration activities for US and Canada portfolios, including lease setups, renewals, terminations,
and procurement support. Before that, she served as a Team Lead – Abstraction & Data Management at IBM India Pvt. Ltd., managing client accounts, reporting functions, and operational performance.
She also held lease abstraction and quality-focused roles at Mobius Knowledge Services and Ntrust Info Tech Pvt. Ltd., where she reviewed multilingual lease documents, trained team members, and maintained high standards of data accuracy and client satisfaction. Anantha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from A.M. Jain College, Chennai, affiliated with the University of Madras.
