Alex Deering serves as the Manager of Research for Mohr Partners, Inc., in the Dallas office. In his role, he oversees the research department, conducting market analysis, tracking industry trends and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and client advisory services.
A seasoned research professional, Alex brings experience in all facets of project execution, from crafting Statements of Work and managing contracts to implementing solutions, conducting market research, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing supply chain and operational processes.
He returns to Mohr Partners after working as a Senior Research Analyst with our firm from February 2017 to August 2021. During that time, Alex managed the training of new analysts while overseeing the Location Analytics Department.
He also led special projects, responded to RFPs and prepared real estate market studies and market analysis reports.
After leaving Mohr Partners in 2021, Alex assumed the role of Senior Manager of Materials & Assets – Labs at Everly Health. There, he had a broad range of responsibilities, including oversight of a small team and implementation of new software and procedures for inventory management.
Alex’s other professional experience includes a year in Kobe, Japan, teaching English at the Seiha English Academy and working as a logistics coordinator and account manager at DSI Logistics in Houston.
He graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in literature.
