Aishwarya Ravrane serves as a Research Analyst for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for collecting and analyzing data, maintaining client datasets and continually elevating the quality of Mohr Partners’ market reports.
She previously served as a Senior Executive at Guardians Real Estate Advisory, where she worked as sales closing manager for the Wadhwa Wise City project in Panvel. Her duties included monitoring market trends, performing competition analysis and researching consumers to identify challenges and opportunities for the residential project. While there, she earned a promotion to the Sales Strategy and Product Development team.
Additionally, Aishwarya worked at F8 Design Studios as a Junior Architect and was a Research Intern with Thite Valuers.
Aishwarya has a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure from the RICS School of Built Environment at Amity University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
