Aidan Miano is a Business Development Associate in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office, working with Stephen Hemphill’s brokerage team. He transitioned into that role in May 2022 after starting at Mohr Partners in the research department in early 2022.
As a Business Development Associate, Aidan is a key player on Team Hemphill, providing new client insights, acquisitions and real estate solutions for owners, trusts and developers.
Previously, he worked in finance at Northwestern Mutual, first in a Financial Representative internship and then as a full-time Financial Advisor.
Aidan earned a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and graduated from Jesuit College Prep in 2017. He is actively involved in the Young Alumni Committee giving back to his alma mater. He lives in Plano with his wife Cecelia, where they enjoy biking, skateboarding and rock climbing together in their free time.
